It feels like a scam

It feels like a scam. They promise a certain number of videos per package, but in reality, the credits you’re given barely cover any videos at all. Either they’re deliberately misleading customers, or they seriously don’t understand how to structure their offering properly. To top it off, the product needs a LOT of work to compete with others - look elsewhere and save your money.

Very bad result

I got Pro for 1 month for 24 Euro and generated one video yesterday. Result was very bad after few rewritings so I stop even try. Today came to make some video and already don't have credit! Really? Result meets request only on 40%. Support doesn't work(I don't count AI bot). Please don't even bother to buy subscription. Ads is good, reality is very bad.

Misleading, Not Fit for Purpose, and No Real Refund Protection

I’m genuinely disappointed with ARTLIST’s AI video product. The video output is simply not fit for purpose. The quality needs a lot of work before they should be charging people for this. The results I generated were poor and completely unusable. Nowhere near production-ready.The subscription messaging is also very misleading. The headline that says “up to 206 AI videos a month” is clearly designed to hook you in before you understand how restrictive the credit system actually is. In reality, once you see how credits are consumed, you realise you can probably generate around 10 to 15 usable videos per month, not 206.It feels engineered to pressure customers into buying more credits after they have already subscribed. That is not transparent and not a great way to start a relationship with a new customer. They advertise a 14 day refund policy, but here is the catch. I generated three test videos and did didn’t even download them because they were so bad. That alone made me ineligible for a refund. So effectively, you cannot properly test the product without voiding your refund rights. Overall, I feel misled and disappointed. The marketing overpromises, the output underdelivers, and the refund policy does not protect customers in practice. Not how you build trust.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I searched Google for eleven labs and somehow got sent to artlist.io. I played around for less than 3 minutes before I realized this wasn’t eleven labs. I spent $200 thinking I was getting something else. When I contacted them, they refused to give a refund stating I had downloaded something I had created. Hard to do when you can’t even realize you are being deceived. I am still in the 14 days free trial. Lol

So disappointing

So disappointing. Signed up to Artlist after reaching Veo 3.1 daily limit and I thought it's worth to join a dedicated platform such as Artlist to solve this. Veo 3.1 is there, but when prompting you can't add an image for a character or setting you want. You can only add an opening and closing shots. This feature is available for free on Veo 3.1 and should be included in Artlist's paid plan. In addition, rendering times are longer than Veo directly, so I had to wait more. On top of that, downloading stock videos is only available on the Max plan that is like $120/month. My $20-something plan didn't include stock videos.Canceled my subscription after a day.Back to work directly on Veo 3.1.

Avoid this app

Avoid this app. It's misleading; they promise a lot, but everything good is hidden behind additional paywalls even after you buy a membership. To make matters worse, they refuse to give refunds if you've already opened the app. Honestly, it feels like a rip-off.

Bait & Switch and Misleading Practices

Had an absolutely horrendous experience with Artlist. The pricing page indicated "up to 1650 images" could be generated with their entry level subscription plan. When I used "Nano Banana Pro" I had already blasted through 1/3 of all my credits after only 12 images. Additionally, the cost of generating 1 image with Nano Banana Pro was roughly $1 per image rather than if I went to the Google API studio which is $0.12. That is almost a 100% price increase on artlist. When I went to customer support they gave me the workaround by not answering my questions directly and even refused to refund my unused credits.

I’ve had a genuinely positive…

I’ve had a genuinely positive experience using both Artgrid and Artlist, and you're become essential tools in my creative workflow.Artgrid for me, stands out for the exceptional cinematic quality of its footage. The clips feel thoughtfully curated, and the collections are often structured in a way that makes storytelling much easier.Literally, the unlimited download model provides excellent value, especially for creators. It allows creative freedom without constantly worrying about licensing limitations. The licensing itself is clear and straightforward, which is critical when working on commercial or client-based projects.

Despite their ai models still not being…

Despite their ai models still not being 100% as you envisioned it to be when you type in a prompt, their service is still great, and their customer support is top tier. Even their bot forwards you to an actual human after only a short conversation. I would definitely recommend artlist to anyone wanting to explore ai and have some fun.

Highly predatory dishonest company…

Highly predatory dishonest company twice upgraded my service costs with no warning or communication. Currently pursuing legal action to stop this company operating in the USA! Says they are in ny but actually in Israel and refuse to refund payments even with no activity in over 2 years.

Misleading and dishonest

I am currently undergoing a very stressful and long email with someone called Alli.Long story short, I’ve noticed that I was being charged the same monthly plan after downgrading it.They play with your time, the plans prices is not clear and misleading when you go to your profile on your website.Their business model seems to exploit customers that are busy to keep up with price changes, the charges and the long email exchanges.I’ve even received an email saying “as we haven’t heard from you, we will close this case” WHILE I WAS STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO RESPOND. JOKE.I’ve emailed back now asking for a phone number, it’s embarrassing how difficult they make things for people to give up and leave them alone.
