The panel is beautiful and bright. The quality is excellent and it came ready to hang. The package that arrived was incredibly well packaged and there was no damage to the artwork. I would definitely order more from this vendor!
I was wondering how these would fare shipped to Virginia from Kyiv but they arrived very lovingly wrapped and secure. The pieces are as beautiful as they appear in the pictures and the frames are well built.Got the very large, single panel. It looks great. Good resolution for the distance you should view it at. Was packed extremely well for delivery. All around excellent.
Ive been waiting for 11 weeks for artwork. They will not reply to my communication. I have gone back to my credit card provider
Same as many others. Ordered art on June 13th 60 days ago. Still no delivery. I agree it’s in transit, but the site needs to be more clear on delivery times and the origin is Kiev. Had I known I would have simply went to Z-Gallerie. Time will tell if the painting will ever be delivered or what condition it will be in. I shutter at the thought of having to return. If you want or need art within 30 days this is not your vendor. If you have months to wait, then you will be fine. I think?
I ordered a painting 45 days ago...it shows it was in kiev on June 27th then processed again on June 29th...Elena keeps telling me she has no control over customs...i just sent and email last week and this time no one has responded....I am disputing this today....Beware the pictures are beautiful but service and deliveey are deceiving.
Beautiful work. Received 6 weeks after order. Excellent communication from Painter during the shipping duration. Help was needed to track painting and Elena was readily at hand. Highly recommend Artwog.
I have been emailing this company for the past 2 months I purchased a painting for over $200 and have received NOTHING!!! Elena Roseau continues to tell me it is in transit and does nothing about this I’m very upset and extremely unsatisfied. I’m beginning to think this company is a sham
Ordered 5/19, marked shipped on 5/22. No tracking provided. I have reached out twice (5/25 and 6/2) and heard nothing back.
Love it! High quality beautiful prints and delivered before the expected date, no complaints at all!
Purchased an item on 5/16, item "shipped" on 5/22. As of 5/31 the tracking information provided has still not worked. Customer service is overseas and unfortunately not helpful. Would not recommend this seller.
