We found the beautiful tile we were looking for to go in our sunroom. Rodney helped us and allowed us to borrow five different tiles to take home with us. When we made our decision, he was prompt in coming to measure our room. Installation was scheduled at our convenience. The installers were excellent. They arrived during the time frame we were given and worked until they were finished putting in the tile. The next day, they arrived promptly and grouted the floor. The result is a beautiful. We are extremely happy hands down from start to finish on our home project. We had wanted new carpet on our master bedroom and closet. So we Googled carpets and Atlas popped up, I'm guessing because it was close to our home and we said let's just go check it out. We walked in and met Janet and began our journey into the world of carpets. Janet was very helpful and had knowledge about everything we pointed at. To me that means a lot!! What I loved the most is that I said that very day, give me a price to see what we were going to be looking at. And just like that we had that customer smile on the price she quoted, so picked a date to measure and went on our satisfied way. We felt we needed not to go anywhere else, it just felt so right!! Days past and Janet did her high tech measurements and bam were in business.. I then asked her about our stairs while she was there and she measured and said let me get back to the office and send over the "total out the door price" as I like to call it. About 1hr later she sent the quote and yes I had that customer smile again and said get it all done!! I took the day for the installers to do the work. Atlas called me days before to confirm date of installation. And the day of... got a call from installers telling me that they on the way. I opened my door and seen these 2 older gents and said lets begin. I couldn't be so much happy and satisfied on what these 2 gents did. I called them the magicians because I would look away and just like that sections were being done.. they know what they are doing and they did, in my opinion "a perfect installation"!!! I was super impressed and extremely satisfied on there professionalism and dedication to there trade.. that's what I call a best in class service!!! Atlas you have a satisfied customer that still has the customer smile from ear to ear! Thanks and will be calling you on our next home project.. your pals Big Al and Minnie:)

I recently had my floors done by Atlas Floors. My husband and I had wanted to get our floors done for over two years and we had visited numerous other businesses. I always felt uneasy for one reason or another and was afraid to commit to anything. I was ready to give up when we decided to stop by at the Atlas Floors 1604 location. I was very impressed and put at ease by Janet Kelly who helped us out. She was so patient with us and I felt that I could trust her. We were not wrong! This is a very well run organization and true to their word. We were happy with the installation of our floor and it was done in the time that they said it would be done. I've had my floors now for about a week and a half. I'm very very please with the service I received from Janet Kelly, my sale rep to all the gentlemen (Jesse, Roland, Gilbert and Bradon) that installed the flooring. Everyone was so gracious and professional. I replace my carpet and tile floors with a wood laminate. I feel like I have just moved into a new home. I'm in love with my floors. The flooring makes my house look bigger than it is. I will be using Atlas Floors Carpet One again in the near future to change the flooring in both of my bathrooms. I highly recommend using Atlas Floors Carpet One if you're thinking of changing your floors, and please ask for Janet Kelly, she is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They all treat you like you are family. A wonderful experience.

This was our first time using Atlas (Rodney Cooper) and it was one of the best experiences we had. Rodney was very professional, accommodating and listened to what we needed and made excellent recommendations.We had a very large project that called for 4 different crews to enter our personal residence. I have to say each and everyone of them where extremely professional, courteous and respectful of our home.It started with the dustless tile removal (a must do it will pay for itself in time saved clean) this crew of 3 did not stop working all day they even rotated lunch breaks. just awesome! second was the carpet crew who came in and out in one day again extremely professional and respectful of our home. they even offered to help move furniture they were not hired to move. thanks guys!Third came Paul the shower guy and his helper Jerry (Jerry did all the work). These two were exceptional and even brought taco's one day. I can not say enough about them they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable while ripping our bathroom apart. the finished product was worth the mess.Last but surely not least: Gallos and his tile crew, we spent the most time with the as the tile our entire first floor. Gallos and his crew worked tirelessly all week and into the weekend to make sure our home wasn't disturbed longer than it needed to be. the work ethic and the pride that Gallos and his team took in their work is not short of amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Atlas and it fine team of contractors.Rodney and the atlas team I would like to say thank you for making this a great experience.

My experience with Atlas Floors....
This was my 3rd time using Atlas Floors so I felt it was long overdue for a write-up. I first used them to put some laminate flooring in my living/dining room. I was so pleased with the results that I had them come out a year or so later to extend the same laminate flooring into my bedroom. Fast forward to a few months ago when my fiancé and me were deciding what to do in our kitchen. We had some weathered linoleum that was long past its life span. I called my sales guy Rodney Cooper and told him we were in the market for a kitchen floor upgrade. Before I go on I want to personally recommend Rodney to anyone who goes to Atlas for their flooring needs. He was very accommodating, professional and will answer all the “dumb” questions you have! We went to visit Rodney about 15 minutes before closing time…now if anyone has ever been in the service industry there is nothing worse than getting 2 customers like my fiancé and me to come in towards the end of your day and drill you with questions! Rodney never led on that he was bothered by our late arrival, in fact he did the opposite and made us feel very welcomed and let us know how much Atlas Floors appreciated our business! We couldn’t be happier with the job they did in our kitchen! The workers (ask for Gallo…he was excellent) were very professional and timely. None of this “we’ll show up between 8am-12am” stuff. They gave you and hour window and they always showed up between those designated time slots. The worker’s attention to detail was beyond expectations! I am pretty OCD when it comes to expensive purchases and I want everything to be perfect. After they departed I went through the kitchen trying to find any imperfections….not one! Not to mention I was shocked with how clean they left my kitchen. We couldn’t be any happier with the results, in fact Rodney is already working up a quote for our 2 bathrooms!

Don't wait!
My only regret is waiting to get the floors done. Honest! The job was outstanding! The men even gave my dogs treats I had left for that purpose!And they worked quickly! So strong! And every night they made sure I had a bed in which to sleep! They finished quickly, left a nice note!My neighbors are blown away by how beautiful it looks!I was afraid I would pick the wrong floor. But in hindsight, you can't go wrong with your choice because they are all wonderful!Why oh why did I wait so long?! Should have done it sooner! The floor is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!Now I love being home.....yes, now it is a home!
