VICTIMISATION - BEST FRIENDS PET
Best Friends Pet and Grooming discriminate and victimise their customer for making a complaint. One of their staff shouted at me while I was trying to find someone to help and upon complaining about the behaviour of the employee to other manager, I found they all are cattle of the same herd. Other manager and staff supported the rude aggressive behaviour of their employee. I made multiple attempts to address the issue to their customer service to just find out that they are as useless as their staff at stores. A business where you are not allowed to voice your own opinion because you are the one of many customer who they do not care about. Respect your pet, your money and yourself - Do not go to Best Friends Pets Moorabbin (Vic).
