Awful dirty scammers!!! £60 paid for a harness over a month ago, not delivered, no reply to 7 emails, disgusting do not use!!!!

Scamming rats
Ordered a £60 harness bundle on 6/1/25 and still not got it and they don’t reply to emails or messages.

Buys from Temu and sells at higher price.
Company buys from Temu and passes it off as hight quality good. Harness are rubbish and cost £20 or less on Temu collars are £13 from Amazon. They also don't honer refunds or respond to messages. They should be blocked from selling goods.

We ordered the K9 harness Bundle we have a German Shepard and it fits her perfect. The material is good quality and the bags are good for storage of treats water and poop bags.

Poor quality goods
Poor quality goods and even worse customer service. Returned a collar which was not as described and felt like sandpaper. I have been chasing for my refund for over a month, with claims ‘I will follow up on it’ when I have asked for an update on my refund. Avoid using this website, unless you have more money than sense and like being scammed.

Don't believe the hassle-free return advertising
Their website promises hassle free returns, but its false advertising. I received an item that looked nothing like the product photo on the website. Started the return process- they give an address in Manchester for the return, don't provide a package slip, and then ignore emails once the return has been delivered. Avoid at all costs.

All stuff comes from China. When you need to contact them with issues they ignore all messages. Go elsewhere

Dangerous
Bought a tactical lead and coller for my border collie first time he lunged at a friend the buckle snapped off the lead could have been much worse if on the road very poor materials and was not cheap

Terrible service and morals
Terrible service and moralsBits4Pets sent out a defective/unusable item to me and when I complained they ignored my emails, following this it has taken a number of weeks after escalating to PayPal for me to be able to send the item back which has a return cost of £10. I am out of pocket either way with ordering through this company as they do not understand UK law with returning faulty items.DONT deal with them and don't believe the false reviews they have put on the website.Only got 1 star because I am unable to give zero stars, waste of my time.....

Bought the K9 tactical bundle.
Bought the K9 tactical bundle.It does take about 12 days to arrive but that is pointed out on the website.Good quality stuff in the bundle, worth the money and looks pretty hard-wearing. Excellent service and excellent products. Recommended

Stay away
If I was you I would stay very clear of this company they take money from you & just expect you to hope you're item arrives i ordered my item as a whole item which was then split up & now missing & noone wants to help through customer service as they are very lazy in replying. I would not waste your time there isn't anything about this company you couldn't get anywhere else & they would have good customer service too unlike bits4pets the only good review they've had is from people that work for the company.

Will sort out problems if they occur.
Well I bought a dog kennel from bitsforpets.co.uk and was really angry when the kennel hadn't turned up, phoned them up to have a go and they said they would call the courrier, they called me back within ten mins, explained the courier had problems that they weren't informed of. They apoligized and sent the kennel out the next day. Pleased with my order and especially how they handled the situation.
