Their FAQ #8 explicitly says there is no song upload limit. I was cut-off at #50 songs and told to use their contact form. But, NO RESPONSE to that nor several other direct emails. I have seen the names Kristina Shokat, Curtis Rice, and Chris Fellure associated with this company. No direct phone number and no responses and they do not answer their Fax line. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE WASTE OF TIME.
I am leaving them up on our site for one more week to see if the money we have earned will still be in 'pending' or not. So far, I can't get a response through the contact form. I have tried numerous times. Their policy is you will not get money into the 'available balance' until 30 days after a customer has bought songs from you. We will see...
