I was very disappointed with this experience. The flowers I received were not what I ordered, and the bouquet was clearly not fresh. Instead of offering a proper solution, I was told to remove damaged petals and wait a couple of days for them to look better, which is completely unprofessional. I ordered these flowers to give as a gift, not to “fix” them first. For the price, I could have gotten better quality at a local store. Overall, poor quality, poor service, and very disappointing. I would not recommend.
I signed up for the weekly subscription. I requested a delivery date for two weeks after my sign-up. They charged me for the day that I signed up the very next week and the actual week. I got my flowers.. I was supposed to get another bouquet the week after I receive my third bouquet I never did until I sent them a message and then as an afterthought they rushed them out and blamed it on how their scheduling works. I told them that you’re shipping these from within in my city and that it only takes one day for them to reach me after they send me the shipping notification. Instead of accepting responsibility for their error, they made excuses.. I still wasn’t going to cancel at that point. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance. The late bouquet arrived, and they were in terrible shape. They were wilted. The rose. Petals were falling off. The bouquets were falling apart and falling to the floor as soon as I took them out of the box the bouquet looked old not fresh at all. Petals were browning at that point I was terribly disappointed thus far, I’ve made four payment on a weekly subscription and have only received two bouquets, and one of those were poorly damaged. I went in and canceled my subscription. I will not be shopping with them again. I can go to the grocery store and get a better quality bouquet and even have it delivered from much less money.
I ordered one bouquet, I wanted to see what the product was like before doing a subscription. Not impressive! They overnight a bouquet via FedEx in a box (ships from Miami, I ordered to NYC), which is probably why I paid about $70 for a bouquet I can get at any bodega in the city. Nothing special at all. It arrived in good condition, it arrived on time, but you should absolutely save yourself a ton of money and go buy a bouquet at the store or, better yet, a local florist.
Flowers were okay but delivered a day late. They were birthday flowers so that was unacceptable. No warning or advance notice given, no option to sub in different flowers. Just “sorry, not arriving today.” I order flowers frequently and have never had that happen.
Excellent company that holds a high integrity for their service. I never had an issue with them. Even though I dont use them anymore, I would highly recommend them. My reason for not using their service is not from anything they did. They are great.

Flowers on last delivery were not up to par. Very few quality flowers. most of bouquet was comprised of alstroemeria. My daughter Carla who the flowers were for was disappointed as first deliveries were very nice,
Consistently timely, high quality, and great customer service
Packaging is great and flowers arrive intact. Only item is duration is ~ 10 days. Ideas how to keep fresh even with plant food is appreciated.Past orders had quick dying flowers when arrived. BloomsyBox did
I’ve used BloomsyBox for gifts a few times and been very happy with the arrangements. However, this last time one of the three orders arrived wilted…may have been due to summer heat.
For the price of your serviceI’m sorry to say - Your bouquets were not very impressive - average at best. My mother was gracious & very thankful for our 3 month subscription gift but as the gifted we were not satisfied with your bouquets.
The flowers were good. The flowers were a couple of days late. It required a notification for correction.
The quality of the flowers upon arrival is generally very good. My only complaint is that about half the bouquet was Alstromeria, which is a cheap filler flower that I don't care for. With a flower like this, I would guess that Bloomsy is definitely making a big profit.
The flowers looked nothing like the ones pictured. They were also in bad shape: dull and frayed. I contacted them for a refund per their customer satisfaction policy and didn't even receive a response from them. I wouldn't recommend.Edit in response to their post below: I did not have a response from them in my inbox until I wrote this review.

When the flowers open up they are beautiful. They are so fresh that you can display them for weeks
