Luis truly went above and beyond with…
Luis truly went above and beyond with helping me when he sensed I needed assistance. Luis was able to break down exactly why I was denied previously on my last refinance when the other customer service reps didn’t care whatsoever. They just said there was nothing they could do and they didn’t know why I was denied and they were lying. Luis deserves his appreciation and he’s an outstanding rep. Thank you again Luis!
