I tried to contact this company after passing a billboard with a contact website for more info and spent 3 weeks dealing with a Darren Farnan who gave me inaccurate information (after speaking with a 3rd party) in regards to a development. He was rude and quite unprofessional and beyond unhelpful. I'm so happy I dealt with him as it told me all I needed to know and after reading other reviews I feel blessed.
Beautiful starting or downsizing homes however, we’ve had a number of problems. We’re aware of the problems that come with new build homes and that’s fine but customer service is very poor and unprofessional when it comes to fixing problems. It takes a long period of time to fix things and poor communication causes mix ups.
