Court summons before we got the bill.
We had an insurance claim and Buddy Allen did the work and all was well.Until we got our court summons about how we didn't pay them. But, We had never received a bill from them until their attorney sent us one.I am happy to pay our bill but they want 1.5 times what we owe now.If you use them be sure they give you a bill or you will end up in court. They do not seem to want to negotiate and I find it difficult to accept that instead of sending out bills they would rather send out court summons.

As usual Buddy Allen did a great job
As usual Buddy Allen did a great job! Emory was cordial and very helpful setting up the installation. Small room but tile with grouting looks wonderful thanks to the installer! Only problem I had was that even after installer went back over flooring at least twice to clean grouting material from the tiles, I still had to scrub to get a residual film from the tiles. It wasn't visible at all until the sun caught it at an angle the next day.

The staff is very professional from the consultation to the guys laying the flooring! They are very friendly and considerate of your property. The guys laying the flooring (Larry, Roger and Ronnie) all do a great job and take pride in their work! Emory was very helpful and answered all of my questions when he came for the consultation. I could trust each one of these guys to be in my home and that means ALOT!! I would definitely recommend Buddy Allen and especially the guys I have mentioned!!

Great Experience
Working with Buddy Allen was a pleasure. They let me take home several floor samples until I found the one I loved. The room measuring was quick and easy, and the installers were great to work with over the 3 days (I had flooring installed throughout the whole house, except for the bathrooms). The installers did a wonderful job and my floors look beautiful!

Couldn't Be Happier!
I walked in on a Wednesday and had carpet in my home that Friday! Granted, that was a special circumstance but the folks at Buddy Allen Carpet One were easy to work with, understood what I wanted, and did their best to accommodate a high-maintenance person like me. lol! Emery was the one I spoke with the most and even followed up a week later to make sure I was still happy with the service provided. I'll definitely be back for my flooring needs!

I was clueless about flooring when I first walked in Buddy Allen’s door. Emory was very informative, accommodating, and patient during my 2 week decision-making pocess. He even called me on his day off from Fl to set up my final appointment. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful if Emory was out. Many flooring samples later, I couldn’t be happier with my carpet and tile. The installers were very careful, kind, and professional. I bought the first carpet from them 30 years ago and will continue being a loyal customer.

The tile people showed up everyday on time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. It took 4 days to complete the shower install, tile and tile the bathroom floor. They cleaned up after each days work. I would recommend Buddy Allen to everyone.
