Vehicle donation.
I contacted a charity organization regarding my car donation and Capital Auto Auction picked up my car the following day. I was kept informed of an expected pickup time and the driver arrived as promised.

The people I talked to all did what they said they would do. The driver who picked up the car was quick and efficient. He helped me fill out the back of the Title and I made a copy for my records.I first talked to Chantel (excuse me for guessing at spelling). She was cheerful and guided me through the process.

During the initial phone contact with this company, they gave clear and presice informatithingon about how the donation process will work. Exactly what, when and where vehicle pickup actions will happen. Every thing happened just as they said it would.They were also courteous.

Rude Disrespectful and the manager…
Rude Disrespectful and the manager Rayna is far to immature to be a manager anywhere especially a place that deals with the public daily. I purchased a car that was not disclosed to have been had an engine and transmission done and when I revealed this to the Manager Rayna she got angry and proceed verbalize that that information is not something that is relevant to the buyer. Very disappointed
