Was not able to use any coupon code besides the $.50 off the storage box. The 15% off coupon code for a new customer was invalid even after I deleted the first coupon code. And yes...shipping is free but handling was $3.60.
I ordered duplicate checks from them plus a checkbook cover. The checks that came in are fine but the cover is made for single checks not duplicate checks. When I called, they said they don't have an insert and that I could send it back for a refund. Why would a company sell something that they don't have everything to? I won't order from them again.
Carousel advertises a box of checks (100 checks) at a comparable rate to other providers. Buyers beware, their "low" prices are for a single PAD of checks (25 checks) NOT a box of checks. So I paid $16.50 for 25 checks and their solution was for me to be an additional $13.50 for the "rest of the box". So a box of checks would cost me $30. This is on me because I couldn't even imagine a company selling me a pad of checks PLUS a storage box for the "checks" for this kind of price! It comes across very scammy! Their actual price is significantly higher than the competitors. Shame on me for not reading closer, shame on them for charging this much for a single pad of checks! BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered checks 3 weeks ago, and even paid for expedited processing, but still have not received my order. I contacted customer service and they were of zero help. They just told me it's an issue with USPS and offered no solution. No apology, no offer to re-ship my order, nothing was offered. I will be taking my business to another company.
Spent 4x amount to have product: 1. Be produced in an expedited manner 2. 2-3 day air shipping. Order was received per website and charge processed in timely manner however product remains unproduced 2 business days later Completely unacceptable since cost of product was $14 and shipping/extras charges minus taxes was approximately $58Thankfully had larger order with unnamed more reputable website who has already produced and shipped order - they don’t offer next day air like ‘Carousel’ does which was why we were willing to pay for a small order from what Google search reviews said was a BBB backed site capable of rush services - we will never use again and caution others from doing the sameUsual website we do use ensured us order (without the ‘rush’ price and nonsense shipping cost!’) would be in by Friday in which case I will attempt to gladly cancel my order here- don’t be duped like I was positive reviews could maybe be AI misinformation- know who are giving your money to
$7.20 handling chargeThe process showed one price but once it was paid it came up with an additional $7.20 handling change. Nothing was stated about it previously. Deceptive.

I ordered my checks online and input the routing number and account number correctly ( i printed my receipt) and they came wrong. I called to get it corrected and was told that I had to pay to get them reshipped!!!!! Seriously!!!! I did my part - they screwed up! Terrible customer service!
This bank’s service is consistently poor. Every interaction is frustrating, and they never seem to have answers to my questions.
They charged me for shipping and handling almost as much as for the checks themselves and they didn't even show it when I put my credit card in---only after I paid!

I have been waiting for my order for 12 days and they are doing nothing about it, delivery company no nothing about there tracking details.I'm still waiting.
Quick service and delivery
Love the print. BUT trying to tear checks out of book is VERY hard, when you get to the middle. plus the paper is too thick. I ordered sometime in 2022 and have been meaning to send this message for a while. Sorry for the delay.
Absolute disgrace of a company wells Fargo’s pony express would do better. I have tried twice now to by oil from these clowns only to have to ask for a refund never again. Do yourself a favour don’t let them waste your time like they did mine. Go elsewhere and AVOID at all costs
Their customer service is worst, nobody responded to email, phone calls. No email communication on parcel despatch. It's been 5 days still waiting for my parcel. A tracking number was given in the initial email which is of no use, as it says - we are waiting for the parcel. I will never buy from them again. They don't have any click & collect. One star is for the price.
The checks themselves are difficult to tear off without ripping so they are barely scored to tear off. The duplicate behind it is completely useless. No matter how hard you write, no matter what type of pen, you still have to re-write by hand. Defeats the purpose of a duplicate check when you are writing two. The stamper came out great, info on the checks were correct but I will be looking for something better. The third strike I will not wait for.
Ordered checks for my business they took over a week to email me saying they needed verification documents that I provided and yet they canceled my order and still hasn’t been refunded back! Stay very far away from this company!
I was happy when my Carousel check order arrived.... until I realized I had neglected to fill in the address and phone section for them. Upon calling the company, the helpful customer service person reordered the checks, this time made out correctly. The only expense was for shipping the 4 boxes. I happily give this company 5 stars!
