Your site is a lot of simple and handy for utilizing and your client's administrations are extremely quick and effective. Yet, I am not happy with you in light of your low-speed site page stacking.
Already wrote 1 review...I feel I was way overcharged because of the way they measured for my carpet. Have enough left over to practically carpet another room! Was told it was done that way for maximum fit or seams or some other excuse. I feel it was because of maximum profit on their part. I probably have hundreds of $'s of worthless carpet laying in my grandsons room. To heavy for me to even move out so he has no room do play without crawling over a pile of ###! Since they don't credit for leftovers .... good way for more profit I guessWondering now if i should have taken a male with me to buy it....when a female walks in by herself they probably see $$$$ signs !!! Also have been sick with sinus problems ever since it was put in! Still has a really strong smell to it. Wish I would have just left the 25+year old carpet!
The sales associate was excellent in convincing us to purchase a LVT flooring. He stated it was waterproof, scratchproof, and very durable. He did not disclose that the floor had no matching transitional trim. It took over 6 months with 4 wrong tries to match trim, one no show, one lost order, flooring coming up in multiple places, and scratches evident right away. We did end up having a leak that damaged our new floor, and they tried to make it right due to all of the other mishaps by only charging us for new underlayment, and then they came in and laid down a different finish. They HAD to know what they were doing. After a few phone calls they said they'd replace the entire floor with the same material; which we did not want due to its poor quality. Our request for a refund was denied because we chose to take our business elsewhere. So very dissatisfied with poor service and poor product.
Our lower part of our home was destroyed in a flood on September 10th, 2015. Carol and her Boss, did their utmost best to not only help us come up with a reasonable price, but also insure we had a quality carpet. We could not have purchased without their help. Carol herself went above and beyond to make sure that our purchase was installed before Christmas, so we could have our family together . She called us to make sure our install was great and we were happy with the product. We would highly recommend this company and salesperson. We will return if we ever need more flooring . I didn't have any problems with Carpet One. I chose to go there for new carpet and flooring because my parents had gone there 20 years earlier when they built their home and that carpet still had some use left after 20 years. Jake Schooler was my salesman at the Topeka, Kansas, Carpet One store. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and worked very well with me over a process of a few months for everything. I love my Luxury Vinyl Tile and my carpet. There certainly would be no need for me to use their Beautiful Guarantee. I would never replace my flooring from Carpet One. I recommend this store and their products highly.
