The shipping is extremely slow
The shipping is extremely slow. Why even use UPS for a small package when USPS is way faster. It literally take over a week to get it. I order almost the same thing from other company and been got it. 10 day shipping is terrible. If you want to wait 10 days go head.

1st time bad experience....wouldn't do it again..n wouldn't recommend it
I made a purchase..twice cuzz 1st payment got denied by your website...the 2nd one got denied too .I've been charged twice ...but there was no purchase confirmation. I'm trying to reach the customer service...there is no phone number. I sent an email n a message to your website. Hopefully you will do something about this issue

Customer service is awesome I was worried about a order I had placed being late and asked for a refund and I received one the same day and then Monday came and my package was in the mail I received a email that said to keep my order and that they was sorry for the delay can you believe that I will be making all my order from here from now on, I hope this makes your questions about weather or not you should order from here easy . Thanks for the great customer service

So happy I came across this website. They literally have almost all high end perfumes and colognes. I was able to track my package with no problem and it was delivered on the day it was stated.
