Cheating, lying thieves! Do not buy.
Shafted by this company at Download Festival. The man running the stall convinced me to buy the weekend pack, bearing in mind this was £40 for a 5,000mAh pack, when online they’re listed as £26.95 for the 10,000mAh. The power pack unfortunately did not work, and as a disabled person I need access to my phone most of the time. When I took the pack back and asked for a refund, the man made out as if he was doing me a huge favour giving me an extra £5 refund on top of the £10 deposit. Going back later I was challenged by a very intimidating woman who told me she did not believe I had returned the pack, and refused to help, telling me she had been on the stall all day (she had not, I had been past multiple times). The weather was extremely hot and I was very poorly, these people used that and took advantage and took my money. I have gone through my bank as they do not answer emails and couldn’t care less.

You won't get your deposit back
I got a charger at Download Festival. I paid £10 extra as a deposit, and I've been told that I'll get it back when I returned it. It's been almost a week, and I still didn't get my deposit back. I emailed the company but no response. The staff were friendly, though.

Avoid at all costs - terrible service
Really disappointed with the service. Pre-paid for a charger for each day at download festival, staff were friendly enough to begin with however I didn't get a single full charge out of any of the packs given. I got a maximum 55-60% charge from any of the packs. When returning the last pack, with the festival being cashless the £10 deposit is given back through the card machines, I'm yet to receive even a pending transaction of my return deposit... when I went to ask the staff member for a receipt or confirmation the payment had been processed they had turned their back to me talking to another staff member, the music was that loud in the booth it felt impossible to get their attention (I understand it is a music festival but to hear your customers might be some use)... sol gave up! Using the website I had contacted the customer services WhatsApp number to notify my issue of not receiving a refund to which I was told it could take up to ten days for it to show in my bank, seems they are quick enough to take your money but not give it back! I explained my issues in the WhatsApp conversation to express my disappointment with the service and I am yet to be acknowledged…All in all really disappointed with both the product and the customer service on return. Would not recommend for a multi day festival, may be more use for a one day outing as a last resort but make sure you get your deposit back!!! 100% will not use this company againAVOID AVOID AVOID

Undelivered promise and manipulative staff
The sellers didn't provide what they promised me, changing what service they provided (crap power bank) from the one I paid for and was promised in advance (limitless charging behind the desk) with no prior warning. Being at a festival, I was left me with no other alternatives and I would not have done this if I knew in advance (which of course they did). The staff also tried manipulating me into taking the unfavourable option and into keeping chargers if they weren't completely empty. I had a poor and similar experience with them at last year's festival, too.
