Could’ve did it without them contacted them after divorce in Jan moved in brand new home in April also helped my cousin who is also a veteran strong team here recommended them one of the few mortgage companies that allow manual underwriting so there’s hope
I had the best experience with this company David an John was the best always answer my questions never let me feel like we was alone anytime I call always answering questions what ever we need I would recommend this company to any any everyone when we call them they was on it sold my house in 3 days going on market an got me in to a big house an help improve credit as what move can you ask for in a company 💙💙💙

I wish I had the option to give zero starts. They do not follow through if you are truly wanting to buy a house do not choose City Worth the whole team is unprofessional Brian and David Schumway especially. To add insult to injury to cancel your real estate agreement you'll have to contact the real estate commission because they are unprofessional. They just have money that's it and that's all.
What an incredible process from the beginning to the very end! David and Matt with CityWorth Homes worked some sort of magic (truly a miracle in today's market!) and it only took 24 hours from presenting the offer to signing the contract!! Not only that, but they helped me getting 5K SELLER CREDIT to help with closing costs! Yes, paid the listing price AND got a seller credit, you read that right! Michael Funk with CityWorth Loans ensured I am getting the best rate and minimized my closing costs as much as possible, as he knew I'm on a strict budget. He kept me informed throughout the process and along with Mike Cotroneo, my loan processor, the entire homebuying process was as smooth and streamlined as it gets! My loan was cleared to close weeks before the closing date and the actual closing and signing was very well coordinated by the title company (CLA Title).I can't thank CityWorth Homes & Loans enough for this wonderful experience! Was fortunate to get linked up with Sean Miller when I made the decision to refinance my home. Sean Miller was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I started my journey in refinancing my home with contacting 4 different Mortgage companies. CityWorth Mortgage easily beat out all other companies. The reason I went with CityWorth Mortgage is not only because they provided the best rates, but also because of Mr. Gervais. Mr. Gervais worked quickly, stayed in direct contact with me, and made any changes that I asked of him, in a timely manner! Even after my refinance was complete, Mr. Gervais, or Simon as I call him, has continued to stay in contact.
