I’m really impressed by their fast delivery and customer service. Was delivered within a day and I had a problem with one of the lenses after wearing them but after contacting them I received a new pair the next day. Really lovely lenses, thankyou.

Amazing experience shopping with ColourYourEyes - I entered the wrong delivery address and needed it changing, they worked fast to update this for me and were really responsive on Insta Dm and also via email. Thanks to Charles in customer service and the rest of the team!

Had initial trouble because parcel was left outside and company didn't initially help, but another agent took over who reviewed and was quickly able to help. Everything was resolved above the standard actually required, super quickly despite initial delays because of low staff.
If I could give this company 10 stars I would! 🌟 I had a small issue with my first order of contacts. The customer service team really did go above and beyond to resolve the issue, I received a replacement set of lenses within 24 hours! The level of care and commitment they showed is simply unmatched. Don't hesitate to order from them. They truly stand by thier products and customers. The lenses are fantastic and very good quality. Wow wow wow!!!!! Absolutely Amazing!! I never leave reviews but this is going to be a long one so grab a cuppa!!! Where do I start??!!! Firstly, it's always a worry to try a new online website...whether they are genuine or not. But I am so pleased I put my trust in Colour Your Eyes!! I always purchase my lenses from a local shop, but recently I haven't been impressed with their service, so I looked and found Colour Your Eyes! I purchased the Blind Black lenses but the description on the Mesmereyez website states they don't impact your vision, and I didn't read the correct description on Colour Your Eyes which correctly states they DO impact your vision! So after putting them in and not being able to see a thing that's when I messaged and this is where I found the most amazing customer service!! HAMZA!!!! If all companies had a customer service assistant like Hamza, there would never be any complaints!! He provided an exceptional service that I have never found, I work in retail and even I do not provide such service. With no questions, he soon sent out a replacement for me...I can now see!!! The new ones were shipped late yesterday and I received them this morning!! I can't highlight enough how much you should use this company. They definitely have me for as long as I wear lenses!! I am SO happy I found you. Hamza genuinely cared and even messaged today to check I received them. Thank you so much! Your boss should be so proud he has such a genuine, caring employee and all companies need a Hamza!!!

Ive used MesmerEyez lenses since a good while but this is the first time I buy directly from their site and not from a local reseller. I had some doubts, but the customer service helped me from the very beginning, even to go tru the customs process easily, which means a lot of you buy from Eu countries. I came across Colour Your Eyes while looking for grey contact lenses and decided to place an order. When my lenses arrived, I realised I’d chosen the wrong shade by mistake. From the moment I reached out, Hamza took care of everything and his service was outstanding. He replied straight away, sent me photos of the different grey shades to jog my memory, and then arranged for the correct pair to be sent out. He even included a free lens case and solution, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch.Although the mistake was mine, Hamza went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and I left feeling like a truly valued customer. That level of care is so rare, and it’s made me a customer for life.I couldn’t recommend Colour Your Eyes more. Hamza is a real credit to the company and I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. I have continually ordered from Colour your Eyes and they’ve never disappointed me. Unfortunately on one occasion they sent a product that wasn’t the same as what I had ordered. I contacted the team and they apologised and rectified the order and sent me the correct item, although standard delivery states 2-4 working days, I have never experienced a delay in the postage which is always pleasing! The customer service team even reached out to me to ask if I had received the order and if it was all okay. It shows that they do value their customers and are always willing to give you a solution. Really pleased with the service and have now vowed to myself to order from them until I take my last breath. Thank you!
