I just love constant contact and the outstanding service they provide! I run two non profits and have Periodic occasions to need Technical Support. Their team is absolutely the best I've seen in the industry and always seem to be professional, courteous and efficient. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Spoke with customer service and while there is an AI chatbot, its pretty easy to get a live rep on the line. Taylor was very helpful with answering a few questions I had and following up with more information.
I was sold a few upsales that were not necessary, when I caught this on my billing statement 10 mins later, they were removed but not refunded. After a day of using the product, realizing that it A. Didn't do what I needed B.created antiquated social posts and C. Half of the products it created, I already have auto populated through another provider, I contact customer service to cancel my plan and get a refund. Although they were happy to cancel my account they weren't able to provide a refund! 6 hours of using a product that didnt work for what I needed and created socials from the 2000s and I couldn't get a refund. For a brand new business with zero income this is a rough blow to the expenses. I would not recommend this service based on the poor service and understanding!!!!

First edit) Subsequent to this review being published, Trustpilot advised me that Constant Comment asked for more details. This is exactly the problem... My review says they keep bugging you and sure enough, they're still bugging me. They're like an annoying stinging insect buzzing around your head looking for a place to land long enough to sting.Second edit) Now Trust pilot tells me to provide Constant Comment with my contact info so they can contact me about my review, and if I don't, then they may remove my review. The LAST thing I'm gonna do is provide my contact info to them on another channel since it's already so difficult to unsubscribe from their emails.

They booked. My appointment said they did do adds about my type of business so I waited 2 weeks for my intake appointment and come to find out after waiting 2 weeks they dont do my type of business witch is BULL SHIT when they booked my appointment he could of told me that they dont do that my type of business wouldn't recommend these guys for any matter they promise stuff then come to find out they dont dude is just do in it to fill appointment and take u money NOT KOOL AT ALL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DI T WASTE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This company could not do ANYTHING they told me they could do when I gave them $300. *I was told I would receive an email from an onboarding expert that would help me get started. (I got an email, but no ph number to call) Finally I called them on the only number I could find (on their interface). The people I talked to were unqualified and inexperienced. After struggling with trying to send out an email myself. I finally ended up trying to get a refund. They informed me that after days of working on getting email and ph number lists together (which they assured me THEY could take care of for me before I signed up), that I hadn't wasted enough of my valuable time trying to figure out their interface(which is super user unfriendly) to get a refund. These people have ZERO integrity & are just plain liars & scam artists.SEE MORE DETAILS BELOW*They told me they could extract Ph#s & emails from my google calendar, no problem, & send out mass texts & emails for me.(They could or would not)(I figured it out on my own) which is why I hired them to begin with. *I asked the sales person if they could send out a mass text message AFTER I gathered the Ph#s myself. At that time they told me(legally) I had to have documented approval from ea customer; which is idiotic, because I would have to contact up to 10,000 people to ask them if I could send them a text saying "We are still here". If they had told me I needed that approval when I signed up, I wouldn't have spent 3 days gathering up the list.*After I got the email list together, I attempted to send the emails out myself using their interface & found that it was useless. *I called them to help me & that person had no idea how to help me. Their screen share didn't work either of the times I called, so they couldn't help me that way. Finally I asked the person if I could just email her the email I wanted sent out, so they could send it out for me & she refused to do that as well.*Finally, I called them and asked for a refund & that is when they informed me, I hadn't wasted enough of my valuable time to get a refund. *I ended up figuring out how to send out the email through their interface myself.So I gave them $300.00 to do something I could have done myself through Gmass.I Pray In The Name Of Jesus Christ, folks will read this message/review before they sign up with this company.
