Terrible can’t cancel order and they charge shipping return fee handling fee too much
I called 15min right after I placed the order to cancel it , but they said can’t cancel, so sent me the return label. And I figure out they charged me for the shipping fee plus return handling fee total almost $20!!!. Called customer service , their excuse is we do this to all the customers not only you .

Ordering was easy and shipped fast, apart from 1 item that was marked as „delayed“. I had to pay for it though.After a week or so had passed I asked customer support when the delayed item was going to be shipped. They told me it’s not available and gave me a refund. I asked if it could just be swapped for the same item in another size instead. But that is not possible .I’d rather have this one exchanged than pay for shipment again, and not receiving my prior discount !Customer service was fast in replying though, and refund processed immediately. I did not have the chance to try the gear yet. Still a bit unhappy about the experience as it has been my first order with coolibar .

No more gray in quarter zip styles for women and now mens phasing out as well.
You have phased out the gray 1/4 zip in the women and now in the men - this was our most lovoed style (the demi or something it was called) - we are now searching other crand for replacement styles because the options of dark blu or black are too hot in the Florida sun and the white is too hard to keep clean on the job. Disappointed as the old styles were second to none. The quality made them worth the price.

STILL no gift note available when sending to a different address (like most other online catalogs provide). Recipient has NO IDEA who the sender is, when they receive the parcel. Unsure if price appears when it is actually a gift option??!! (Hint: It shouldn't).

light blue swim coverup is lovely but stains easy
Bought a lovely looking light blue swim coverup at great cost but it was very beautiful. But after wearing it once I noticed stains all over it. I can only assume that is from the sea or my SUP. However they won’t come out so whatever this material is, it is not made for active use. Don’t buy this if you are active or buy a dark colour. This one seems only for inside use .

Great products. Great customer support.A lilies pricy but worth it. They have a good choice of sizes up to 3xl for women. Their products are well made and durable. I always wear their products when sailing the Great Lakes. These waters are weather challenging at times and my clothing has withstood many seasons and various conditions. Comfortable and stylish. UPS shows no pickup but Coolibar claims it is not in their warehouse so not their problem
My order was labeled as shipped on 12/29 with no scan event from UPS for the next two weeks indicating the package was not given to them. I called customer service and was told I had to wait until a certain date before they would do anything. I waited and surprise nothing. I called back and the new customer service rep told me the package is not in their warehouse so it's not their problem and I should call UPS even though UPS tracking shows they never got the package. After much complaining a replacement was placed and did arrive but I will never order from them again given their responsibility dias not seem to extend to me actually getting what I paid for.
