I had a new central heating system installed. The guys worked hard and installed the system but had to cut into the plasterboard to enlarge the opening for the unit. They finished with a thin skim of pollyfiller but left it looking very rough. Also left some rubbish in the attic. Tried to e-mail the Manager David a couple of times to see if the pollyfiller work could be rectified - no response (like the previous reviewer!).
Short version of events and I would not recommend !!Makes you wonder why this Company is not on Trustpilot or checkatrade- No Hot Water- Pump replaced- Tried to charge for something they damaged- Extra costs waived in the end- No Hot Water again!!- Wouldn't come back to rectify- It would seem that the pump didn't need replacing- Pump Leaking (looks like it has been from install) - Still covered under 1 year Warranty but wouldn't come out- Company doesn't wish to correspond any further
