Rude, unreliable, bad customer service
We agreed they’ll come on Friday to look at my car and take it to the garage next week on Tuesday. They never bothered turning up on Friday and nobody called or contacted me. A lady called Tracy phoned mid afternoon today (Monday) and I advised that I had taken the car elsewhere as nobody turned up on Friday and nobody contacted me. She said they were busy! I said it'd have been good if they at least called as I had things to do and my time was precious too (I stayed in 08:00-13:30 on Friday, waiting for them) when I said this, she just hang up! Rude, unreliable, unprofessional. I’d not recommend this company.
