really bad customer services for online check in
i would like to make you aware of the online reservation we tried many times to book our flight 24 hours before it the website isn't working at all we tried on the mobile app and same thing ! impossible to check in so we called the hotline to see what else we can do... after 1 hour on the hotline no one answered i feel like its a really bad situation rn idk if i'm gonna get my flight tomorowdelta, if you make a website make sure that it work properly in france ;)
