Do not touch this company. They take the money, do not send the goods so no order received, make false promises on delivery and then ignore emails or answer the phone. I have spent 9 weeks getting my money back through my credit card company. Never mind the delay in finishing the job as I had to order from a more reputable company. A total scam

This Companies customer service is appalling I am so glad I paid more and got my paper from elsewhere even though this company were allot cheaper, if you send an email asking a question you get no response send another 5 days later and again no response, try calling them and every day you will get a message says sorry busy try later, looking at other reviews I think I dodged a bullet
Ordered 3 rolls wallpaper late Friday pm. Tuesday no delivery and saw the negative review comments here. Yikes. Went into panic mode and emailed discounthomedécor asking for delivery ETA. No reply by Wednesday and so I sent order cancellation email. Had a prompt reply saying my order was not processed until Monday, after the weekend. Delivery was specified as 1-3 days but with the caveat it can be up to 5 days because of Covid. If I wanted to cancel my order I could do so or wait a day or so for delivery. Feeling reassured I opted to wait. Glad I did. Received the 3 rolls of wallpaper in perfect condition early Friday morning. I’m well pleased. Can’t help wondering if the negative comments aren’t a bit of mischief by some(?). Would I use discounthomedecor again? Definitely (as long as the price was still right!).
DREADFUL SERVICE. Order placed but nothing received and no response to my email chasing them. Can't even get through on phone as it goes straight to the recorded message. BUYER BEWARE.

I have to say that I have am impressed with the customer service I have received from Discount Home Decor. In early January 2021 I ordered some wall paper on line which was showing as a stock item, however this proved not to be the case as given the current covid situation there had been a production issues. We were quickly informed of the problem and as my decorator wasn't coming until early March I left the order running. After a few false starts and getting towards the end of February things were getting a little fraught. However the staff at the company chased up the manufacturer and my wall paper was delivered by the 26th.Excellent service Thank you
Absolutely disgusting disappointment my daughters Birthday order wallpaper 7 days ago was told 3 to 5 days stripped her walls bare as suprise for her bday no dispatch information after 7 days I was told still not been sent. After asking for tracking information as they had lied saying was sent was told 7 days later they would be posting today not much for kids to look forward in this pandemic and they could not be honest until the day its supposed to arrive her bday . So had no chance to purchase thought was on its way do not use this dreadfully unprofessional company I will not be again.
The company fails to provide you with a refund or response if the paper provided is faulty. I would advise against using them as they are happy to take your money and then do not deal with issues with the product they are selling.
Excellent quality wallpapers and low prices, even the new stuff. Customer service was excellent as well. 10/10
