Think twice about ordering.

I would be cautious about ordering one of these spas. I ordered the Aquarest 600 and had nothing but continuous problems. About three years into ownership, I had already replaced the pump, the main control board, the ozonator, and the heating element. Now, in my 5th year, the spa leaks about six inches of water a day. Customer service is close to non-existent, and the warranty is a joke. Constant loop from Clearwater to Dreammaker on who is responsible. In the end, I (the customer) am at a loss. This weekend, I get the spend the afternoon cutting the spa into at least two pieces because the local dump will not take the whole shell in one piece. Spend the extra money and get something reliable.

Great customer service

Good bang for the buck. Contacted service for a part that was missing and was immediately shipped. Been running it for about a month and no issues. Iris knows her product and took care of my issue with great personality. Thanks for everything..

Buyer Beware: DreamMaker’s Warranty is a Scam – Multiple Failures in Less Than 3 Years

I purchased a DreamMaker hot tub in December 2021 with a 5-year shell warranty, expecting a reliable product. Instead, the spa developed multiple major issues within 2.5 years:Here’s What Went Wrong with My DreamMaker Spa:1) The hot tub shell cracked, causing rapid water loss.2) Multiple jets leaked, worsening the water loss issue.3) The pump installed was the incorrect model and underpowered, causing performance issues and repeated failures.4) DreamMaker denied my warranty claim, using a false excuse that my foundation was “incorrect”—even though multiple other hot tub manufacturers fully approve my professionally installed base.To make matters worse:1) They refused to cover spa removal, forcing me to deal with disposal costs.2) They offered a partial "fix" where I’d have to move components into a new shell myself—a completely unreasonable expectation for a consumer.3) Their product design is unserviceable, making repairs impossible and forcing full replacement instead.I have since replaced the failed DreamMaker spa with a Jacuzzi hot tub, which fully warranties my foundation and offers a vastly superior product.Positive reviews are likely from new owners with limited experience. If you want a hot tub that will actually last and comes with a real warranty, buy from a reputable brand.
