This was my first experience of Trainer…
This was my first experience of Trainer footwear and I feel disappointed, it is not comfortable! The thick sole can be felt inside the shoe and it picks up lots of mud and unfortunately most of the mens shoes in Ecco seem to have the same thick sole discounting me as a customer

the insoles were no longer leather
I bought almost the same shoes that I liked last time and at the same price. But I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the insoles were no longer leather—they were made of synthetic material.

The shoes are fantastic, very comfortable. I tested them in the field and in the forest, in snow, and in water. So far, these are the best shoes I've ever owned.

Beautiful pink and white stylish trainers
Another amazingly pair comfortable trainers which fit beautifully enough to accommodate my bunion.Th leather is soft and the cushioning inside is very effective in keeping my feet relaxed throughout the day.Bought in the sale so delighted with the price.Ecco is a great company with prompt delivery using a reliable carrier.Glad their sales make them an affordable option.

Poor service
I purchased these boots and when they arrived and I tried them on they were too tight.On the same day I parceled them up and returned them. That was 7th February. Today is the 26th February and Ecco still have not received them! I have emailed ECCO without a response. Today I managed to speak with an advisor to be told I should receive my refund early March! Not a very good returns system !!!!

THE SHOES DID NOT FIT DESPITE THE FACT THT I USUALLY FIND YOUR SHOES PERFECT. THEY WERE RETURNED TO YOU BY EVIRI ON 11 FEBRUARY. I AM STILL AWAITING MY REFUND.

I love my new shoes
I love your shoes.They are the only ones I can wear now as I have misshapen feet and neprothy.in one foot.I have prescribed insoles and poor mobility. Your shoes support my feet and help my poor mobility. After time they become warped due to the way I walk. My only complaint is that the laces are too short for me to tie easily

Comfortable and well made
The boots are very comfortable and well made. They are my third pair of this kind however this pair were designed without a zip so I hesitated to buy them for weeks. Bad weather pushed me though and I'm glad I bought them. Still prefer a zip fastener as it helps.
