I ordered some samples to try some of the Al Rehab fragrances they called me the next day to explain that 2 of my choice's were out of stock Staight away they offered me a refund or the choice of adding different samplers the gentleman was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful if only all companies treated their customers this well.The fragrance's arrived the next day via DHL .Once I have ried he al I wil be making a purchase of the full size ones I like I have no hesitation in recommending the firm to every one I know % star service 5 star product and 5 star prices
