I searched the internet for a hard to find tire rim and found it a Finishline Wheel. I was concerned because the price was significantly less than everyone else. I placed the order and received the product less than a week later. I would definitely purchase from them sgain!

Received wheels in different colors.
I ordered 4 OEM Subaru wheels and I received 2 in silver, 1 in dark gray & 1 in medium gray. When I contacted the company it took several days to get a response. The final response I received was for me to send back 2 of the darker ones back and then they would mail me 2 more, but the I could not get confirmation on what the exact color would be. I ended up getting them all re-painted.I will never buy anything from this company again.

Absolute worst!
I ordered a wheel for my Mercedes 2 months ago, received the incorrect wheel. It took a week for anyone to finally respond on a resolution. I finally received a return label, I returned the wheel promptly. Now 3 weeks later, I still don’t have a refund or the correct wheel. Magically, after a stern email, the refund was issued. Summary: don’t do business with this company, terrible customer service.

This Company is Like Talking to a Brick Wall
I had bought some wheels from this company and found out they did not fit my vehicle. This is when I first tried to receive a return address. This alone took over 5 days of emailing back and forth because this company does not have a person to answer the phone ever, and I mean ever. This phone will always ring until you have to leave a message. Then once I had received the return address, I shipped the wheels back to the address and waited two weeks. After two weeks, I noticed they hadn't returned my money yet. This is when I emailed/"called" them and explained that I hadn't received my money back yet. After 2 days I finally received an email that stated they still hadn't processed two of my wheels, yet I had given them two weeks to do this. After this, I then emailed/called daily so I could receive updates. After two more days, I then received an email that stated they were still working on this issue. Finally, after another week, they then sent me an email that stated they deducted 20% off my rims and never explained why they did this. I would never want anyone to go through what I had to go through to get this refund.

I have not been able to get a tracking…
I have not been able to get a tracking number since 11/15/23. NO phone calls, just a response saying they will ship it to me, then another email blaming fedex. I WANT MY RIM. I WANT A TRACKING NUMBER. How hard is that?

No response no call back
I first tried to contact them by phone, don’t do it you’ll get a recorded message saying that email is the best way to communicate as they check their emails regularly throughout the day. I emailed them and got no response. I called again and got the same message as the first time so I emailed them again I’m yet to get a response. What I didn’t mention is that both times I called I left detailed messages. I didn’t get a call back either.

My review was simply based on my experience with their customer service. I did not purchase anything from them, and have since sourced the wheels elsewhere, but I do recommend working with Bobby whom has been excellent with communication.

Called twice, and sent 1 initial email with 2 follow ups in the following weeks trying to get availability on a set of oem wheels. I heard back after the first email, and then was ghosted afterwards. I can't in good morals recommend this site to anyone. If they can't even respond to an email/phone call, how can they be expected to even ship a product? Just check their D- rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Order Made... then, Nothing. BUT THEN RESOLUTION
To their credit, in the end Finish Line Wheels made everything right. Here's the gist of what happened.I made the order.They processed the payment and confirmed the order (presumably automated).I expected the wheel to ship quickly and receive it within a week or so per their website.After a week without hearing anything further I attempted to contact by phone (where I left a message), and email to both their info@finishlinewheels and dave@finishlinewheels addresses requesting a status update.After 10 days I made another attempt to contact Finish Line Wheels by phone and email.After 13 days I requested cancellation of my order, filed a dispute with the credit card company, and re-ordered the wheel from a different vendor who confirmed the order and then provided shipping info including the tracking number within 8 hours of placing the order.After 15 days I received an email from Bobby at Finish Line Wheels, with a tracking number, although they had shipped the rim a week earlier this was my first communication from Finish Line Wheels since the initial order confirmation.I requested that the shipment be stopped, and Bobby asked me to refuse delivery, unfortunately I was at work, it was being delivered at essentially the same time that Bobby & I began communicating by email.I offered to return the rim to Finish Line Wheels at their expense as I did not need 2 rims. FINISH LINE WHEELS TOLD ME TO KEEP THE RIM AND ISSUED A FULL REFUND.So, once Finish Line Wheels did get in touch they gave 5 star service and made everything right. According to Bobby, they had a lot of people out sick, which may well be the case given the ongoing COVID19 situation.Should I require another rim in the future I would give Finish Line Wheels another chance.

I ordered two wheels from them. One of them was bent. Getting them to respond when contacting them is difficult. They finally made it right and exchanged the bent wheel for a good one.

Order completed in a timely fashion
Finish line wheels took a little longer than expected to complete my order however they did follow through and complete the order. Three rims were delivered and the 4th was 2 weeks out. They did keep in touch with me letting me know they working on the problem. Our customer was happy with the rims and ultimately that's what is most important to us.

Wish I could give them less than one star. Ordered wheels showing in stock and they sent confirmation on order, Then they didn't bother to to tell me they canceled order because they didn't actually have the wheels and lied that they sent me a notice. Stay as far away as you can!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! I placed an order with Finishline on 6/18/20 and after putting my card information in I received a message saying my order could not be processed. So my thoughts were maybe they didn’t have the wheels I wanted so I went with another company who took my order gave me a order number and confirmation telling me my order was being processed. On 6/23/20 at 2:30 am I received a text stating $670+ dollars had been subtracted from my account from Finishline Wheels. At that moment I was confused because from my understanding the order could not be processed. I tried contacting them the next day by phone and got a busy signal. I then contacted who they said would be “Dave” by email and explained to him what happened and I had already ordered the wheels from another company. He replied the next day saying that they didn’t tell me that and my order was being processed. I sent him another email that day letting him know I did not want the wheels because I was to receive my wheels the next day from another company and wanted my money refunded. He emailed me saying no problem. I waited a couple days and still hadn’t been refunded so I tried to contact him again but I didn’t get a response. I waited another week still no response or refund so I tried emailing him again and to this day 7/15/20 still haven’t been responded to or refunded. There is no way to talk to representative live and they won’t respond back to anymore emails. I knew once my account was billed at almost 3am it was some shady business going on. These people or person are crooks!!!! Hopefully you read this before you get your money stolen.
