Not a “Food Boss”.

This driver blocked off the entire Lane. Very poor health and safety ethics.

Very poor business ethics towards loyal customers and extremely bad service

We are a small family business and have used Foodboss’ services for 3 years. We always paid our bills in time and have been a loyal customer storing up to 80 pallets in their warehouse. One day, we were shocked when Foodboss advised that they had increased their delivery fees by 140%! A few weeks later, we received an email from their General Manager that they want us to leave their warehouse in order to make room for a larger customer of theirs. The worst part of this was that Foodboss made us paying for the picking of our stock as well as for the transport to a new location. This means we sat on costs of $1200 which we did not calculate into our budget, so Foodboss could make more profit with their larger customer. We helped Foodboss to get where they are today and that’s how they treat their loyal customers! It almost happens with every delivery that some boxes have been picked incorrectly and other have been missing. It also happens multiple times that boxes or a whole pallet just disappeared in their warehouse. In addition, we frequently received broken or opened boxes with broken goods inside which could no longer be sold. Rip-off, treating loyal customers badly, terrible service, damaging and losing stock, no respect when handling goods – can it be any worse?
