Had a bit of a situation with the delivery service, finally got my package! All is well!
I purchased breaded cod fillets, catfish and shrimp and crab egg rolls, and all of it was spoiled. It had a spoiled taste. I know the difference between a fishy taste, but that wasn’t it. The breaded cod fillets and the catfish had a grayish brownish meat inside with a smell that was unbearable and I could not get it off my fingers. The bread cod fillet had gummy meat if that’s what you wanna call it but honestly, it taste like lab grown meat possibly. I had all these items individually sent to me. No, I didn’t purchase more than once. The first thing I ordered was the breaded cod fillet when it came I just knew this wasn’t right the texture, the look when you open the bread it was gray brownish, there was meat missing so it was like very little meat, but it was gummy. I got a store credit after complaining and I ordered catfish. It looked decent when it came and it was a lot of of it, but it had a smell that I couldn’t get rid of and then I tried to fry it. The smell was on my fingers and it upset my stomach so then I complained about it being spoiled, and then I went with the crab, shrimp, eggrolls, and the crab meat was brown inside and it had a very fishy taste, this is my honest review.
The packing and customer service was good .
This is my first order from Foodservicedirect and it definitely won’t be my last. What a professionally run company. Great order progress communication, excellent food packaging, best of all food selection choices are fantastic. They made my Christmas special! I will order again and will tell my friends. Thank you.
Fish was frozen solid when it arrived after 4 days shipping. Truly amazing. Also very delicious 😋 Thank you, will be ordering again for sure.
Thank you for a perfect delivery! I'm always concerned about the temperature of the chorizo, particularly when shipments are delayed. This time, despite the potential for issues, the packaging was effective—the chorizo was cold and the ice was still partially frozen. I'm extremely pleased
Not only was my 30 pounds of cheese shipped quickly the packing was sweet perfection. A huge cooler arrived and the arctic ice was still frozen solid when opened. I highly recommend this company for your food service needs. Keep up the good work!

I have been using Food Service Direct on a weekly basis for a few months now. I am extremely impressed with their product line and their customer service. This company actually does real customer service. I encourage anyone interested in the products that they offer to give this company a try. Based on my experiences with them, I do believe that you will be extremely surprised and pleased.

My recent pizza crust order delivery was superb!This shipment was perfect. Not a single broken pizza crust, near perfectly flat crusts, and the ice in the cooler was still frozen when it arrived.

Pity I have to give a star at all. Order never arrived frozen black currants due 2-3 September heard nothing as its frozen someone needs to be here to freeze straight away. Order now cancelled just waiting to see If I get a refund.
I thought things would turn out alright but becareful what to order I bought 72 martins potato rolls (arrived 3 days later than expected) when I opened the box about half if not more of the rolls were completely crushed & torn up not a single package came un damaged every single one had at least 3 rolls completely torn the rolls looked like if someone grabbed them & ripped them to bits then placed them back in the bag.
My experience was great because I received my food on time. It was packaged perfectly, and came with an itemized receipt. I ordered a case of the Lesser Evil Power Curls and they were delicious. I called the company phone number and spoke to Kaylin just to double check my order. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was glad I was talking to a live person. Kaylin had great customer service, and I received my package exactly when she said it would arrive. The price was right and the shipping was fast. I definitely will not hesitate to order from them again, and am recommending them to everyone. Between the Power Curls and Kaylin, I was extremely happy with the purchase and the service.

Needed this purée quickly and received it in guaranteed time and I was able to prepare my order. Will definitely order this product again.
We ordered 1000 compostable cups for our backyard wedding, and instead received 12 bottles of glass cleaner. We emailed right away, and were given a response about how they need to launch an investigation. Two days later, we have had no reply, and our wedding is in 10 days. Really upsetting that a company won't remedy its error in a timely manner. We are now out the money for these cups and will have to buy a substitute locally (that probably won't be compostable) because we can't trust that you will reship the correct order in time. Terrible customer service. Edit, July 11th: We appreciate your reply, but after a week we were promised a replacement. It still hasn't shipped, the event has come and passed. We asked for a refund, and have since received no reply. The lack of communication does not show that you are at all commited to resolving this. Edit #2 July 11th: we just received ANOTHER box of 12 bottles of glass cleaner.
I ordered a case of vinyl gloves of a specific brand and received a substitute without my approval. Now almost 6 weeks later I have returned the product and have not received a credit. Do not bother doing business with this company.
Destiny was fabulous! She was proactive, extremely nice and beyond helpful and responsive. She resolved my issue easily and turned a negative experience into a positive one!
