A Cautionary TaleIf I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience with Goldin Solar has been nothing short of a nightmare and serves as a warning to anyone considering their services. From the moment they collected my $60,000 payment, things went downhill fast. They were quick to take my money — but everything that followed was painfully slow, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.The installation process, which was initially promised to be straightforward, dragged on for almost two years. Each delay came with excuses and shifting timelines, and to make matters worse, they increased the total cost midway through the project, claiming that the price of materials had gone up. I had no choice but to accept their new terms, as they already had my money and the project was partially complete.When the system was finally installed and began producing power, I thought the ordeal was over. Unfortunately, that optimism lasted only a few months. Within six months, the system broke down, and since then, Goldin Solar’s customer service has been absolutely abysmal. Rather than taking responsibility, they’ve spent their time pointing fingers — blaming manufacturers, subcontractors, and anyone else they could name, while refusing to provide real solutions.I currently have an open service ticket that’s been unresolved for over two months, and during this entire time, my solar system has produced zero power. Their communication is minimal, their accountability nonexistent, and their professionalism severely lacking.In short, Goldin Solar has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unethical in both their business practices and customer support. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise choosing any other solar company. Don’t make the same costly mistake I did.
