The company overcharged me and are not refunding my cc. I enjoy their food but their customer service falls short. They have a referral program where you can get credit applied to your bill. I referred several people and have verified credit on my account. The system is not applying my credit. The last agent told me I do not have credit to apply. That is not true. It shows on my account, I received the automated emails when my referral code was used. This is fraud or at least a severe lack of care. I have tried chat, emails, phone calls, I DMed them on Facebook. This company does not care. I realize it is possible I have somehow used all my referral credit but if that is true then why does my account show I have unused credit. This whole ordeal has been infuriating. Someone at this company has to care that they are stealing from their customers.
Our phone call with Elizabeth (a registered dietician) was very positive, she was knowledgeable, professional, and gave great advice and tips.

Delicious easy to make quick to make
Your Mediterranean recipes have been delicious. Different seasonings, cooking methods and good choice of veggies. However, I’d like you to make “skipping” more easy to find and do. Also sending my order to another address one time is not easy.

I have significant food allergies and intolerances, which means there are some weeks when none of the menu options work for me. Recently, I had to skip several weeks because of this. I had signed up for text reminders so I wouldn’t miss the weekly selection deadline, but I did not receive a notification for the final date to make changes.When I noticed the charge hit my bank account, I contacted customer service immediately because I cannot eat 3 out of the 4 meals that were selected. Unfortunately, the response felt very canned and focused only on their policy and cutoff window. They said they would “turn on notifications” for me, even though I had already explained that I was signed up and not receiving them.As a result, I’m out $130 for meals I largely cannot eat.Additionally, the company promotes organic produce, but recently much of the produce has not been organic. If organic substitutions aren’t being provided, there should be transparency and possibly adjusted pricing to reflect that.Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially given the cost.
I would rate a 0 but do not have that choice. We tried for 3 weeks. The first week product was delayed. I phoned and was told it would be here the next day. That day came and went so i called again and was told the meals were never sent, week 2- product never came and they apologized and stated it was the carrier fed ex fault, week 3 came - email stating it was delayed, product never came. I called them each time and was refunded as I should have been. I attempted to chat and all I wanted was to speak to manager to avoid writing a review and was told that none was available granted it was early AM. I left phone number and was told that i should not expect a call back. The issue is that when you shop and rely on 3 meals a week and never receive them it is a huge inconvenience. Unfortunately i would not recommend this service to ANYONE due to very poor reliability issues. I am amazed that they are still in business. I know if it happened to me it has happened to others. I would advise to look for a different service if you plan on eating that week.
Great tasting food. Each meal is packaged in a separate bag except for the meat, no sorting multiple meal items when the box arrives at my house. I usually order the Mediterranean meals for their great flavor. I recommend the Greenchef.
