I would leave half a star if it would let me so my nightmare began on February 17th 2026 I was told to wait at the location 403 Southwest Suwanee Ave in Branford Florida and after confirming it multiple times they never went down that street so here it is Friday and I finally made it back not only that the bus driver took off on me at fort Pierce told me I had time to use the bathroom and get something to eat so that's what I did and to my surprise he was gone by the time I came out of the Wawa so I had to get an Uber to West Palm Beach via tri rail and right now I'm in the process of chasing my luggage down all the way in Miami at the tri rail station

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Rude staff, bus filthy. 3 hours of no stop, lights completely out in the bus. Was yelled at for using my phone flashlight to navigate to the bathroom by the driver. And this ticket was 235 bucks. No food at the stops. I haven't eaten in 10 hours. This sucked.

I took the bus by default a couple years ago when I missed my connection at LaGuardia due to weather (so they claimed). Airline couldn’t/wouldn’t get me to Syracuse until over 24 hours later. I looked up the bus schedule and found I could grab a bus and get back to Syracuse in 4-5 hrs after departure. I’ve been taking the bus on that trip to and from NYC ever since. It’s always on time, comfortable and there are a lot of options as far as booking times to leave.

The facility in Columbus is not older people friendly. There is no building that you feel safe in. It’s simply a bus stop. This is not made clear when you make the reservation.

I missed my bus by 2 minutes and all I asked was to be put on the next bus and what I was told was nothing can be done but I had to purchase a new ticket and if I didn't want to do that then I would be credited on a voucher the lowest amount of what I paid to cancel my return trip since I could not get to my destination this was the worst form of customer service I have ever experienced especially since I was not requesting a refund just to be moved to the next possible bus there needs to be a new policy put in place for customers

The is one of the worst bus companies I have ever dealt with. The bus is significantly hours late and the customer service is awful. The bus was delayed for about 3 going and about 7 coming back. We was told that we wasn’t going to be at the bus station before our next bus left, and we had to find own way to the next destination.

Greyhound bus line is the absolute worst service I have ever witnessed in my almost 50 years of living not only do they cancel buses for no reason and leave you stranded and cities that you don't live in but you pay $300 to be told when and when you cannot use the bathroom and the staff is rude they have zero respect for their passengers they have zero respect for those of us who spend our hard earned money to travel I've been traveling my entire life first it was sports then it was music now it's music and I have never witnessed such absolutely terrible service I will never ever use Greyhound bus lines again I'll put up with the BS at the airport before I ever spend my hard earned money with this company which clearly does not care about its customers. A company that does not care about its customers cannot sustain itself based off of the fact that customers are the way that companies sustain staying in business. I'm sure that somebody will say something across to me about that I'm complaining and whatnot but I come from a time when customer service was given your polite to your customers you respect your customers and Greyhound bus line has done absolutely zero of that. The only thing about this trip that has gone right is the fact that the drivers have been cool other than that every other person that works for this company that I have dealt with in my prolonged trip because they didn't have a driver to take us on the first leg of my trip after they had postpone the trip for an hour and then when we were expecting to get on the bus after the hour delay were then told while waiting to get on the bus that the trip had been canceled. After calling customer service to get the situation rectified the person on the phone acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me a bus ticket that I had already paid for I booked the trip on Monday was supposed to arrive at my destination on Wednesday and here it is Thursday morning and I still have 3 hours almost 4 hours of wait time to reach my final destination after having been at the my next to last stop already for three and a half 4 hours as it is. I encourage anyone who's traveling to find an alternative option and I encourage anyone who is traveling to never use the Greyhound bus line based off of the fact that this is the absolute worst travel experience I have ever had in my life.

This Bus line is not worth the money u will spend. They left me stranded and tried to blame it on me when I had a 59 minute delay and expected me to still be at the next bus station in time while I was 30 minutes away and the bus left in 10-15 minutes. I’m telling this is a last/desperate resort. (Btw they were tying to charge me $130 for a whole other ticker which was a regular 3hr drive back to my home)

Great safe secure comfortable ride to my destination clean bus with air conditioning, no trash. Nice to have an assertive driver who will hold people accountable for poor behavior. Any clowns will be kicked off the bus and left in the desert. Improve onboard wifi.

I went to the wrong Bus station and tried calling to fix it I had 10 minutes before my bus left. I called and The first Guy hung up on me he claimed he couldn't hear me. I called again and my bus had already the other bus station. The Guy didn't care to help me out at all. I have traveled throughout America on the Greyhound. Between last year and this year I have used the Greyhound bus company over 10 times. I had to pay the bus driver cash to get on the 6:45 pm bus to Dallas. Very disappointed.
