Ordered some headphones but did not get a confirmation email. Sent an email to them, next day I had a telephone call from them and also an email confirming receipt of order. Then found their first email in my spam box. Excellent service, headphones arrived two days later.
OMG!! What a business model others could learn from. From start to finish - ordering to delivery was excellent and seamless: Good tech advice and product knowledge. But, what was especially gratifying was the call 10 days after taking delivery to ensure product was suitable and working wel!!It’s a 10 from me!!!

We purchased a number of headsets for our small sales force. It was easily to select compatible headsets from their website and payment and delivery was simple and prompt. We needed a repair recently and again our request was quickly dealt with and the headset was back with us within the week. I'd say pretty damn excellent service! (EMWC)

I ordered a headset for my BT landline from Headsets4Business. When it arrived it came with a connection port that would not fit my phone. I immediately got in touch via online chat with the company and was promised a new connection port straight away. I am delighted that it has now arrived and I am able to use my phone with a headset again! I was more than satisfied with the service. Lindsey pulled all the stops out for me and I am very grateful for her assistance.
