Tried to charge cards for more than requested and then suspended account but later apologised and rectified it
From step 1, HipStamp suspended my account because the yearly payment failed, at a time I selected to pay for just 1 month to try them. Fortunately, I did not have as much in my card for a year. They could just have a polite message like "Payment failed, please try again".The positive thing though is that their support following my complaint was great. They lifted the suspension and in a way apologised for this.
