Toxic owner and employees lie
When they initially received my prescription for ostomy supplies, they shipped promptly- I inquired if I could have them sent on a monthly basis or did I need to call. I was assured that they would come on a monthly basis. Next month I run out and call in hey when are my supplies coming? They responded that a previous employee had messed up some things but they were gone now and I could rest assured I was good to go. Courtney doesn’t understand customer service- Jeff is almost as bad. Today I called in just to confirm what date the supplies would ship so I would be able to plan my supplies on hand. I was told I had to call in to request it… I sent an email to the address on the website. Get a call back…. The owner is worse at problem solving than his employees. He told me that I was good to go they were shipping on the 11th, and I thanked him and said his employee told me otherwise. I was confused and pressed him how are they shipping on the 11th but I have to call in? What? He became flustered and said he didn’t want my business. A completely unprofessional experience that was so emotionally charged…

After several years of good service and quality product, last couple orders had flaws in the packaging of the masks. The very last order, before you went out of business, has 2 of the 6 packages of multi-pack masks with the bags already opened, unsealed. We finished using other masks and only today opened the large package of this order, hence our tardy response.
