Consistently 5***** service from Hostinger. Such a wonderful concept for a business, hosts multiple of my sites and works so well. Even as a relative novice with web things I can navigate quite well. The online chat help is also great - Ciao delivered first class advice and resolved my query instantly. Just brilliant - thank you!

Bad service, no one actually helps you, you need to know how to do code, even though it says you don't need to, frustrating and a waste of time and money. DON'T use this website builder, unless you can do code and want to waste a lot of money on credits, (which don't work)!
I'm starting to hate Hostinger, I am a engineer myself so I keep on understanding the delay in fixing my webstore issue butt now it's almost been 2 weeks or more....my store is not able to accept orders if anyone use coupon code I have a athlete program where I spend money and my athlete spend time but it's all getting wasted, the response is our engineers are working on it.I have 3 different account with business plan and also one referral but at this point I think did I have the right choice.I'm getting complains from weeks now.

I had purchased a package to host my web app. When I went to create another app I found I was out of AI credits. I was a little confused about that. I started a chat with Freddy and he explained that I would need a Horizons package to have AI credit applied to my account. He was very helpful and handle my confusion with professionalism. Highly recomend Hostsinger and rheir Horizons package as well as their chat staff.
Avoid Hostinger at all costs!Do not fall for the low introductory price. After the first few months, the renewal costs are significantly higher, making them more expensive than many competitors. The cheap starting price is simply a trap.On top of that, the hosting service does not perform as it should. There are hidden costs, and you end up paying much more than expected.Customer support is extremely frustrating. During the first months, you mostly deal with an AI bot, which makes it very difficult to get real help. When you finally try to raise questions or concerns, they can suspend your account without warning or proper explanation.That’s exactly what happened to me. My account was suspended without clear justification, and I lost access to my websites. I paid for two years in advance, and now I have nowhere to turn. No proper support, no accountability.Be careful — this can cost you a lot of time, money, and stress.
