Love getting money back
I love Ibotta! I’ve used the gift cards for everything from mulch to furniture in the past! I’m planning on starting this summer to can my garden so, I’m going to use my gift cards for canning supplies! Thank you Ibotta

Identifying products on some store receipts.
Some grocery stores receipts are difficult to identify some products purchased, especially when I’ve bought a lot of items. Thus, it makes it difficult to see if I’m eligible for a rebate on products. This is my biggest hurdle with using Ibotta. Other than that I think it’s great.

Great Customer Service
I have been a user of this app for many years! It is simple, fun, and you can get some real cash back! On the rare occasion that I have run into an issue, the Customer Service team has been very helpful and accommodating. I will continue to enjoy using this app for many years to come, I’m sure!

I could not log on yesterday to see what was on the app. I tried for 45 minutes while at the store . I even deleted the app and added it again. I was unable to earn the 4 items to earn the bonus .,I submitted a review yester but have not heard back
