Scam now
this used the be the place i get my mousepads from, within the last year i ordered 2 mousepads and had to wait a total of 9 months to receive them (i didnt get the 2nd one, still waiting for it now its been 4 months) they are most likely scamming these days, its really unfortunate how poorly they run their ''exit'' and milk the rest of their customers, i truly hope the website gets taken down, i've lost my $100, please if u bought within the last 3 months, call your bank and apply for a refund, there's many places to get mousepads from with the same/better quality, i do not recommend anymore!

They are not in business anymore and…
They are not in business anymore and yet they keep their website up. They don't respond if you have a complaint and they won't get back to you if you have a order that hasn't been sent. There is not a way to get your money back unless you ask your bank for help. It's now a fraudulent website that takes your money and doesn't deliver the goods. Anyone else out there with this issue... fight back and get your money.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH FOR YOUR PRODUCT OR EXPECT TO BE HEARD AS A CUSTOMER!I ordered a playmat with them on Nov. 21st 2025, it is now 2/9/2026. I still do not have my playmat, or my money returned. I have emailed customer service 3 times and got a quick reply to the tune of, we got behind and will ship your order ASAP. That was over a month ago.

I made an order right before Black Friday in November, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. I still have not received the order and have not gotten a response, when I contacted customer services, which I have done twice. I will not order from here again

Does this business even exist?
Truly the most frustrating online ordering experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a custom playmat on November 22nd of 2025, and it is January 22nd the day I am writing this review. I have sent a total of 4 emails trying to contact customer service and have received no response, I have sent instagram direct messages and comments and direct messages on TikTok and nothing. This is so ridiculous and not the way you run a business. If you can’t maintain the basics of at least communicating to your customers once within the span of 2 months you don’t deserve to continue to call yourself a business. I downloaded the stupid app (shoply or something) that the order confirmation email (the only communication I have received from inked gaming) said to download to check shipping updates. The app says it’s not been shipped yet, and when I finally gave up and decided to just return them, it said my items were ineligible for return, like bro my order doesn’t even exist yet how is that possible. Ive never written a review before but I don’t make a ton of money and it sucks that I feel robbed by this company with such a big social media presence and previously good reputation.

Ordered a custom mouse pad it took over 6 months to receive it with very little communication other then ai emails in this time tarriffs were put in place and I paid and extra 47$ on top of the $100 for the mat already and got no emails back at all about this just ghosted can not recommend this company anymore

This is the third time I have ordered…
This is the third time I have ordered from this company. The first two orders were shipped out and i had no issues. My last order from DEC 7 still hasn't been shipped. I have no tracking number and Customer service is non-existent. $90 for a mousepad and over a month later I still have nothing. This will be my last order with the company. Absolutely ridiculous. I even paid the extra 3.99 for fast shipping. What a joke.

Total scam don't buy here. The product won't arrive.
I didn't get my package even after 80 days of waiting and after multiple messages. When it didn't arrive even after 2 months I wrote them a message. As I now know they lied and said it would arrive in 2 weeks. Now that I want my money back they don't respond anymore. This is the worst scam i have seen in a long time. The company is probably not producing anymore but they are still selling "ghost mousepads". So basically selling air for money.

They Will Not Fulfill Your Order!
I placed my order in early November and was told to expect it the first week of December. I have not received any update on my playmat. Trying to contact them is pointless as after many emails for over a month I've never once heard back from them. If I had seen the other reviews I would've known to go with someone else as it looks like some people still haven't gotten theirs after 6 months to a year. TLDR, they look to be just scamming people and hope that they don't submit a chargeback for the product they don't receive.

BUYER WE AWARE I placed an order about three months ago that was never completed, three pads and a custom pad. Communication with the staff was very difficult. I would look for another company. After several months of trying to get the product and promises, nothing ws delivered.

Complete radio silence, completely nonexistant customer support
Made an order back in late November. The website stated it could take 4 weeks to create my custom order, process it, and ship it. Since then the order has not arrived - I would be okay with being patient if things took a little longer, but there has been absolutely zero communication from the company about my order beyond an automated purchase confirmation email.They said they'd provide information about package tracking - they did not, they linked to the third party Shop app which does not provide actual tracking information.They said a followup email would be sent when the order was ready and shipped - this never happened.I contacted their support email to ask about the state of my order - no response whatsoever, not even an automated "we got your email" response.Stay far, far away - even if somehow this company isn't an outright scam, its impossible to tell what they're doing with your order due to the lack of any and all communication whatsoever.

I ordered a playmat in October. It has now been 2.5 months since ordering and haven't gotten any updates and they have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them. I ended up having to dispute the order with Paypal to get a refund. From my research, it looks like they're in the middle of the bankruptcy process.

DO NOT BUY!I was recommended this company by a friend. I ordered all the way back in October of 2025 and have not received my order let alone a response or even status update. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my bank. Listen to all of these reviews as it is not a one case scenario. I don't even know how this is legal to still have their website up.

Had a bad customer service experience; I recognized an issue with my order pretty much as soon as I sent it in and they hit me with zero contact until they shipped it out. Their stuff is good quality, but probably won’t use them again, tried to treat myself and now have a piece of garbage laying around

I ordered a mousepad back in February and have no received it. I have reached out to support many times over the last 7 months with no response at all, despite the company still sending out promotional emails. I find this practice incredibly frustrating and shady. I would strongly recommend finding another retailer. My experience with inked gaming has been unreliable, disconnected, and disappointing.

Site and product was great in the past. But my order in Novemeber has never been shipped and no one resopnds to customer service emails. Googling the company it appears they filled for bankrupcy in Feb, fired almost all employees yet the site is still up. The suggestion is they are gone but still taking your money.
