InvestorFuse is an incredibly intuitive platform tailored for the real estate industry that takes out a lot of the 'guesswork' in lead management and conversion. On top of it being straightforward with an easy-to-follow, 'next action-oriented system, the IF3 team will gladly onboard your team (apart from providing you access to their knowledge base) so you can max out the SaaS to its fullest potential.
We have disliked this crm for years but have not been able to switch. It has continually been extremally slow and I get constant complaints from our employees.
Was a little nervous to get if3 just because of the learning curve. But that wasn’t an issue at all we had a couple of onboarding calls and helped tremendously, pulse if I ever have a question it answered super fast!! Definitely recommend if3
InvestorFuse is the most well-rounded, feature rich, (and affordable) CRM in the real estate investing market today. When we were looking for CRMs we were looking for: - An app not on podio and the issues that go with that - Something great at text and email followup so our clients can have followup happening on autopilot - Ability to send different types of leads to different sales reps (highest value leads to top sales reps, newer reps in training get other types of leads etc) - A solid and reliable system with great support. InvestorFuse has all of that, and for a price tag that works great. Main drawbacks as of the time of writing this review is a slightly dated user interface and I'd love to see some upgraded reports on the metrics our clients look at most as it relates to ROI of marketing channels and a few other minor things. I'm confident those will be nailed as they're continually improving the product.It's a powerful CRM, especially as you grow a team, but at a price tag that is far less than Salesforce based systems in the market.
We use this daily as it helps us keep the whole team running smoothly. We've tried other platforms in the past and this is by far the best platform out there.
I've experienced a handful of CRMs and IF is at the top in my opinion

I've enjoyed working with everyone on the IF3 Team from the start. Dan, Carlos, John, and all the support team are always attentive and looking to improve.The system itself is the best out of the box CRM that I have used in my 6 years experience in Real Estate Investing, and the best part to me is they are still working with the users to improve constantly
We are LOVING this system. So far my favorite part of using this system is being able to get notifications with the specific lead's link, being able to open that specific lead, seeing all the notes and info in one section, being able to instantly reply to a lead right from your phone, or tag a team member if they need to do something or if there are questions that need immediate responses. We are most likely going to be upgrading really soon! Definitely highly recommend!
The functionality of investorfuse is exactly what my team needed. This system allows us to focus on talking to sellers and the system optimizes the follow up process. If you need any help at all, investorfuse is second to none when it comes to customer support!
the rep was prompt and knowledgeable in answering my questions and did not judge me at all. Although he can improve with empathy and assurance words but overall it was a short and ok experience. I just have a suggestion for the entire InvestorFuse team which is add more seller temperature like superhot, ultrahot, nuclerhot and firehot. thanks.
