I am an interpreter and have done work for this company. They are unresponsive when it comes to paying me, not answering my frequent attempts to contact them and be paid for my work. Be very cautious working for this company
Excellent customer service! Very polite and attentive, responding to emails within a couple of minutes.I attained quotes from around 10 different translation services and inWhatLanguage was the cheapest quote I received. I paid for a 48 hour service and they provided translations in under 24 hours.Very impressed!
inWhatLanguage was very fast to respond to our needs. They proved to be highly experienced and help us better understand the best ways in which our organization needed to address our international target markets. They went the extra mile to ensure our content (in over 18 languages!) was culturally adapted and aligned with our company branding, messaging and overall marketing styles. The pricing was great and I was also very pleased with the turnaround time. But what really stands out is the way they treated me and my marketing team. I needed about 30 official certified translations done for our adoption and inwhatlanguage provided all the translation in the same formats and certified in amazing time. I was amazed at the turn around, the pricing and the level of professionalism for just an individual. Highly recommend.

Within minutes of submitting a request for a quote, an agent called me on the phone. Staff members were all very friendly. The final translated product was returned to me within 48 hours (more than 24 hours ahead of schedule). The cost of the service seemed reasonable to me, especially for the convenience and quality of service. I would certainly recommend inWhatLanguage to a friend.
I called inWhatLanguage with very little time before our meeting - I believe that it was a week before we needed their services. The company did everything they could to make sure that we had a quality interpreter for our meeting at a very good rate. I was very thankful to have found this company online. Our franchisee who used the interpreter was very pleased.
Please read this entire review before jumping to a conclusion. My jobs were accepted but the directions were not followed and took twice as long to get anything translated. Four stars because they did offer me a fair refund. The people I dealt with wanted to be helpful but just didn't come through the way I had hoped or expected. I had a VERY short timeline and technical documents in a not so mainstream language. In the end I was treated fairly and always with a high level of professionalism. Even though this first piece of work wasn't too smooth I will try them again.

When looking for the best way to get our documents translated 1) quickly, 2) accurately, and 3) timely, we reviewed use of internal resources, off-shore translation, language students, as well as InWhatLanguage and others. What we found was that InWhatLanguage was able to meet the three core requirements as well as staff the jobs with people who were able to quickly come up to speed on our particular industry jargon and terms. This resulted in the lowest amount of rework / editing of translated documents (which was costing us more time and resources with other solution options). I would gladly recommend InWhatLanguage to anyone!

They get things done in no time - I can request a translation on a Monday and have it by Wednesday, it's awesome!
