flowers delivered , but the number was about half what was promised
I ordered :Colors of the rainbow : A vibrant display of fresh, bright, 18 colored tulips to call forth a warm Spring! (as advertised on the website and on the order detail . Only 10 (ten) tulips were delivered .When i complained , they replied : "Please be informed that the item we delivered fits within your budget"This i rather cheeky and beyond the point .I do not think that this company is based in Japan .No Japanese company would treat customers like this .More likely , they are based in US or somewhere ...I still give one star because they delivered something ,even if if was only about half what they promised .So be warned and avoid buying from them
