Brilliant company to deal with great Goalie gloves with a personal touch
I have used KA before and appreciate the quality of their Gloves. My son's last pair were excellent and for his birthday he wanted the same again so I ordered these from the website on 19 March which was 2 weeks before his birthday. When I did not get an email Confirmation I queried this with the company who processed a second order without question. Being in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic I was concerned that this second order wouldn't be received on time. So it got to the day before his birthday and no gloves. So I contacted Kenny Arthur whose company this is and queried the order. Despite the lockdown Kenny offered to hand deliver a pair of gloves just so my son would not be disappointed on his birthday. At 3pm that day the courier firm delivered one of the orders so there was no need for Kenny to venture out but his offer was genuinely appreciated and I doubt any other business, big or small, would have made that offer. This is a small business but their customer care is 2nd to none and I for one endorse them wholeheartedly as a brilliant company to deal with. Their gloves are excellent too! Well done Kenny and thanks for all you do.
