Great customer service, full refund
I placed an order with Kbeads and unfortunately ordered the wrong size of beads. I emailed them explaining that I needed to cancel the order. Customer service were quick to get back to me the next morning and issued me a full refund to my cash balance on their site. I then requested a refund to my PayPal account and it arrived the same day. Very impressed, better customer service than some big websites. Thank you!

I made a few orders from Kbeads. Nice variety of products. The service was fast, my order arrived early much sooner than I expected. I am very pleased with the prices, quality of the products. I highly recommend this company, can't wait to try out more products!

Expect to pay extortion ups fees on top , kbeads need to change delivery couriers
Whilst I have not yet received my order for me to review the quality what I did receive was an additional bill from ups to receive my parcel . I placed an order with kbeads which totalled £182 paid extra for 3-7 day shipping which I then had to chase up when it wasn’t shipped in that time frame, got a curt response saying they would try to shop in next two days , so within 9 days (not what I paid extra for but hey I can live with it. A week later I received a bill from ups wanting me to pay another £52.19 for them to deliver the parcel!! You might suggest that this is nothing to do with kbeads but I disagree, ups was the “cheapest” option for delivery that was offered I say cheapest was actually £28! Other options were over £50 On a value order of £149 ! So this will be my first and last order with kbeads unless they provide a courier that doesn’t rob you, whilst I appreciate having to pay customs taxes but most of what ups charge are brokers fee whatever they are meant to be!

Great Kbeads
I made a few orders from Kbeads. Nice variety of products. You can earn points if you write reviews or discount if you order a lot. They typically ship fast on time. Customer service is great also, one of the item arrived defective and they refunded it immediately. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience and definitely recommend it.
