Do not waste your money!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. After thousands of dollars spent we found out that we had been fixing random items on our vehicle that were never broken to begin with. The lastest being a recommendation to replace our entire fuel pump. The tech even admitted they had no idea if it was the fuel pump was faulty but we should "start there" ...Start at a 2,000k replacement? After getting a second opinion, it was not the fuel pump yet a $30 part that we got replaced at another shop. We have had zero issues with the vehicle since. After they were dodging my calls, refusing to call me back, being passed around from manager to "regional manager" there was ZERO accountability taken. When asked who I can contact at corporate I was told "we don't have a corporate number" Leaving me out thousands of dollars. Horrible from the top down with heavy turn over and little to no systems in place to take corrective action when necessary. I am out $7,000 because of the ill-equipped "mechanics" here. I will continue to share my disappointment in this business with my community.

Wrong & Expensive Diagnosis

I took my vehicle for an alternator and battery replacement. Picked up my vehicle a couple of days later, as I was about a mile away the truck overheated. I was told, I then needed a radiator and thermostat which was replaced. I did not have issues with overheating previously. I chalked it up as "bad luck".I went to the shop the next business and the truck was still overheating after the radiator and thermostat work. I was told the thermostat was either defective or something to that extent. Another thermostat was ordered and still overheating. While I waited patiently, I was then informed I needed a new motor because gasket was blown!Put yourself in a consumers shoes, how would you react and what would you think? Going from car battery and alternator repair to a new motor needed in a span of a few days and $3,000 worth of repairs. And now being told an additional quoted $5,000 plus for a refurbished motor replacement not including labor.I had my truck towed to another mechanic who simply found the water pump was broken and replaced it. My truck is good with zero issues. I believe some of the work was justified and warranted. Not disputing that, however the overheating issues were in part not properly diagnosed and I paid far too much for work and part(s) that was not needed.I did call the office and told them it was my water pump after all the work and repairs they had billed me for. I was told they had pictures of the gasket and would email me after confirming my email address. I have yet to see pictures after about a week waiting.I do have pictures of the broken water pump that was replaced from the new mechanic that fixed the issues. Unbelievably, I discovered after being able to drive my truck after a week plus of this whole scenario playing out that my air was not blowing cold anymore, This was another problem that was not an issue before I took my truck in for the battery/alternator replacement. Ironically, Kerry's had worked on my air conditioning 2 or 3 months prior at the tune of about $700.00, I did not feel confident taking it back to Kerry's after this whole scenario that played out. I had the new mechanic fix that issue. Lots of money I need to payout with minimal return! My friends and associates are making light of this and how I could payout so much and allow this to happen. Embarrassed and upset.
