I bought a full set of mats and boot protection for my Kia Sportage. They arrived promptly by Parcelforce not one of the often hopeless courier companies. Original parts, well packaged and at better than dealer prices. Couldn't be better.
They take your money then email by return to say the item is not in stock ...

Terrible company.Don’t waste your time and money.Very poor customer service.17 days since I placed an order for only 2-4 working days as their website says.They don’t even bother to notify you if there is a delay unless you ask them.In the end I fed up waiting and asked a refund.Then they said it was dispatched today.They playing the game .DO NOT do business with these people
3 week and still no part I say part it was only a touch up pen charge 15 pound for pen and 6 pounds for delivery still waiting? No corrodpondanc from them until I email them very poor customer service
Very poor service ordered 3 weeks ago. Had no response from email and left messages on the phone still not received any reply back. Just want my money back said order would be delivered in 2/4 days
I was a bit sceptical about this company. Never heard before that about Kiapasrtsuk.com Genuine parts (I still don’t understand why the dealership charge huge amount of money for the same product). Decent prices, and pretty fast delivery straight to my address. However, they delivered one wrong item (out of 4). Now I am dealing with them regarding the item. Overall a good experience.
