I just wanted to give an update that I never received my package the shipping company and klaiyi hair continued to run me in circles on who I should talk to..They stated I signed for a package when I wasn’t there to sign for one and I’m exhausted with this company I told them I will no longer speak with them and will continue the investigation with my bank..Customer service offered me nothing for my trouble of not receiving my package they just simply took my money

It was a great experience
It was a great experience! One of the items I ordered they did not have ready and they notified me and was able to make the change. They were polite and very very helpful! I’ve never had a problem with this company! They are always on time.But this time they went over and beyond and I couldn’t be more happy about it! Thank you for all you do!!!!!!

I’m very happy with the product
I’m very happy with the product. I have been ordering from your company for almost a year. My only concern is when I order something that I like, I will receive a notice that the wig is not available. That saddens me because you can envision that look and if it is for a special occasion, you’re a little let down. It may not seem like a lot but for someone who depends on a good wig, it’s everything. Thanks for your help.

I have contacted Klaiyi multiple times about cancellation and getting a refund, their replies were nonexistent until I had to go through EVERY single channel to get some kind of contact — social media, number, numerous emails.They are saying that they have intercepted the package and will process my refund once it returns to them…THE ISSUE IS THAT IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED. HOW ARE YOU WAITING FOR SOMETHING TO RETURN IF YOU NEVER SENT IT OUT? Even when I check my FedEx tracking, it says that only a label was created. I am looking to take legal action against Klaiyi if my refund is not processed IMMEDIATELY. Pk307923

“Buyer beware. I purchased this wig after seeing many positive reviews online, and even seeing it recommended in searches for glueless wigs. Based on my personal experience, the product I received did not match the expectations set by those reviews.The wig I received appeared to be much lower density than the advertised 150%. It looked closer to about 100% density or less. The hair was very thin, lacked fullness and volume, and you could easily see through the wig when worn.Overall, the quality did not meet my expectations. The construction and density make me question how long it would realistically last with regular use.I would recommend that potential buyers do thorough research and manage expectations before purchasing.”
