Bad customer service and overpriced
This review is about the service department of Koeppel Subaru. Unlike other Subaru dealership service centers they were very unprofessional including making me feel at blame for the problem, giving me a hard time about dropping off the car even though I booked ahead online and continuing to argue with me after I responded to an email they sent asking about my experience. The service was good but the price was a little high although I could have dealt with that if the customer service was good. However, the whole experience made me feel like I was not a valued customer. There are other places I can take my business and I suggest you do to.
