Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs. I was promised 6 leads a month. I received 6 leads total in three months - none of them were qualified. All investors looking for a deal, and all of them I could have easily found myself on Facebook. Nothing has come over since January. They have stopped answering my calls, texts and emails. I don't even know if they are still in business.

Closed my first deal with a Landmark Lead
I have been working with Landmark since November 2024 - I have received 10 leads so far. To my amazement the leads are genuinely interested in buying. I got mostly investors. I was able to close one on a flip property a week ago. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Landmark. I think having a resource that has the expertise to use the internet to procure quality leads is essential in these days and times. Yippie!!! We closed a deal! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Did not provide a single lead
Did not provide a single lead! When trying to contact them phones are disconnected. Finally talked with an associate for refund and he told me to wait and I would be added to a list. Still no response! Fraudulent company!! Save your money

They will steal your money
They will steal your money! I did not receive a single viable lead in over 2 months. I tried to cancel before the 90 day guarantee expired, but no one answered my emails. The phone number on their website is bogus. It rings a few times and then goes to a busy signal. I contacted my bank and reported them as fraudulent. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Landmark Technology has not provided a single lead and I paid for the premium plan. They will not answer the phone or refund the money as agreed in the contract. STAY AWAY FROM LANDMARK TECHNOLOGY.

Buyer Beware, they are scammers!!!
They called me back after 60 days stating their system was not working correctly to provide leads because of where I lived. Then they told me give them another 30 days and they should have all the bugs worked out. Of Course, the next 30 days would put me over the "90 day refund" period so then they could use that as an excuse not to refund my money. To this date, no refund has been given. It is funny that the other review are so positive, I think they are fake using names like Paul Wilson, Garry Wilson, etc. The person I talked to was named Stanley and he had a seriously thick accent.. totally legit I'm sure!

TOTAL SCAM!!
They charged me $640.00 and told me they would send me leads. That was on October 1st. Today is Nov 10th and yet no leads. When I approached them about a refund they keep stalling and stalling saying they are working on it. These people are scammers plain and simple. They dont even speak very good english. That should have been a dead give away. I am even willing to bet that the reviews of 5 stars are their own people submitting them. Seriously this company is absolutely horrible.

I get Very good Service from Landmark Technologies
I started 4 weeks back with Landmark Technologies. Until now I got 2 Leads, one of them a Live Transfer. I got the Basic Plan and so far I am very satisfied with the leads I am getting. I am also very satisfied with the support I get from Garry Wilson. He is amazing.
