Gareth and Team were really helpful not only in the initial planning and deployment of our AutoPilot/Intune Endpoint Management project, but also in more advanced questions. They lead you over the shoulder, to make sure you know you how to do it on your own, but they're guiding you the whole way!

I am Director of IT at a local government agency. As a part of our recent modernization project at the agency, we have used Levacloud as our main cyber security vendor. The entire team at Levacloud is wonderful to work with. I especially was thankful for the "pilot" programs they offer, as those offered us two benefits: 1. They are scaled to our needs as a small government agency , and 2. It helped jump-start our configurations, while providing our whole team with an "over-the-shoulder" knowledge transfer experience. Our goal is to become as self-sufficient as possible. That said, I was so impressed with Levacloud, that I have contracted ongoing monthly services from them. That gives us peace-of-mind as a small IT team of 4. They have an excellent response time, and we know that Gareth and the team have our backs.
