Order placed with this company for products listed on their website. Payment, of course, comes out immediately. After waiting weeks to get a shipment confirmation, I contact them. They get argumentative and then put off shipping until the last "legal" day they can, which now appears to be about 45 days.It appears they want you to cancel the order so they can keep up to 50% of the cost as a cancellation or restocking fee.
Do not buy anything from this company! I bought an electric bear fence through Amazon and returned it the same day. The company kept my $280 and the item, explaining that the restocking fee is 100%. On their profile on Amazon, it says that the maximum restocking fee is 50%. Fraudsters!
